- Changes to Customizations: You may request changes to your customization within 12 hours of placing the order. After this period, we will begin processing your order, and no further changes can be made.

- No Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled once placed. Each product is crafted upon order, so all sales are final.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

- Non-Returnable Items: All our products are handmade to order and are therefore non-returnable. We do not accept returns for candles or customized items once they have been shipped.
